Arcade Craft Studio (“ACS”, “we”, “us”) manufactures and exports commercial amusement equipment. This policy explains what personal information we collect through arcadecraftstudio.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected].
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit an inquiry, request a quote, or contact us through this website, we collect:
- Name and company name
- Email address
- Phone or WhatsApp number (optional on some forms)
- Country or destination market
- Details about your project — venue type, floor area, quantity, budget range, expected timeline, and any notes you choose to include
We only ask for what we need to prepare a quote and respond to your project.
Information collected automatically
If you consent to analytics, we collect:
- Pages viewed, time on page, and how you navigate the site
- Approximate location (country or region level), derived from IP address
- Device type, browser, operating system, and screen size
- The page or search that brought you here, including advertising click identifiers such as Google Click ID (GCLID) and UTM campaign parameters
Information we do not collect
We do not knowingly collect information from children. We do not collect payment card details through this website — quotes and payments are handled directly with our sales team outside this site.
2. How we use your information
- Responding to your inquiry — preparing quotes, machine recommendations, specifications, packing and shipping information
- Managing our customer records — storing your inquiry in our CRM so our team can follow up
- Understanding our website — seeing which pages and products are useful, and fixing what is not
- Measuring our advertising — understanding which ads and search terms lead to genuine business inquiries
- Legal and operational needs — export documentation, record keeping, and responding to lawful requests
We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing emails to inquiry contacts unless you have separately asked us to.
3. Who we share information with
- Our CRM and email providers, which host our inquiry records and business correspondence
- Google — for website analytics (Google Analytics 4) and advertising measurement (Google Ads), where you have consented
- Microsoft — for website usability analytics (Microsoft Clarity), where you have consented
- Logistics and export partners, where your order requires it — for example a freight forwarder needs a delivery address
- Authorities or advisers, where we are legally required to disclose
Our operations are based in Guangzhou, China, and our service providers may process data in other countries. This means your information may be transferred outside the country where you live.
4. Cookies and your choices
When you first visit, we show a banner with two choices:
- Essential only — no analytics or advertising measurement is enabled.
- Accept — we enable Google Analytics 4, Google Ads measurement, and Microsoft Clarity.
We use Google Consent Mode. Google’s tag may load before you choose, but until you accept it is configured to store no cookies and no identifiers on your device, and to send only limited, non-identifying signals. If you accept, cookies and measurement are enabled. If you choose “Essential only”, they remain disabled. Microsoft Clarity is not loaded at all unless you accept.
You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser and reloading the page, which will show the banner again.
Essential cookies we set regardless of your choice include a first-party record of how you first arrived at the site, used to attribute inquiries correctly. This is stored on your device and is not shared with advertising networks unless you consent.
5. Advertising measurement
We advertise on Google Search. Where you have consented, we measure which ads lead to inquiries so we do not waste budget on irrelevant traffic.
To measure this accurately, when you submit an inquiry and have accepted analytics, we send Google a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of the email address you provided. Google uses it only to confirm whether an inquiry came from someone who clicked one of our ads. We do not send your name, phone number, or address for this purpose. If you choose “Essential only”, we send nothing.
6. How long we keep information
- Inquiry and quote records — for as long as necessary for our business relationship with you and for legitimate business purposes, so we can pick up a conversation you started earlier
- Order and export documentation — as long as required for tax, customs and warranty purposes
- Analytics data — according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity
We delete or anonymise information when we no longer have a business or legal reason to keep it.
7. How we protect information
We restrict access to inquiry records to the team members who need it. Our website uses HTTPS. Our CRM is access-controlled. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of business contact information.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete information we no longer need
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Opt out of the sharing of your information for advertising purposes
- Receive a copy of information you gave us, in a portable format
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period and may need to verify your identity first. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
If you are in California, you may also designate an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected in the consent banner.
